Terms for using CHILENA and its services. Last updated: October 2026.
Acceptance
By using CHILENA you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the app if you do not accept them. Apple and Google services are also subject to their respective providers’ terms.
The service
CHILENA provides football schedules, scores, standings, statistics, news, broadcasters and related information. Some features require an account, internet connection, notification permission or external provider availability. The service may be changed, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security, data availability or product development.
Accounts
You may sign in with Apple or Google, or use the features available to guests. You are responsible for account security and should promptly report unauthorised access. You can permanently delete your account from Profile, with associated data handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sports data and news
Scores, schedules, standings, statistics, odds, broadcasters and news also come from third parties. Delays, errors, schedule changes and outages may occur. Refer to official competition, club and broadcaster announcements for important decisions.
Odds and betting
Any odds shown are for information only. CHILENA is not a gambling operator, accepts no bets, deposits or withdrawals, and does not guarantee accuracy, availability or financial outcomes. Odds are not advice or an invitation to bet. Follow applicable laws and gamble responsibly.
Permitted use
Do not use the app to break the law, compromise security, bypass technical limits, extract data through unauthorised automation, interfere with other users or use content and trademarks beyond what the law permits.
Intellectual property
CHILENA software, interface, design and original content are protected by applicable law. Third-party trademarks, crests, logos, images, news and data belong to their respective owners and are shown within applicable agreements, licences or permitted uses.
External services and links
The app may show third-party content and links. CHILENA does not control their availability, security, terms or privacy notices and is not responsible for activities outside the app.
Liability
CHILENA is provided with the reasonable care expected of a digital information service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, delays or inaccuracies caused by providers, networks, sporting events or circumstances beyond our control. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes and will communicate significant changes when necessary. Accounts may be restricted or suspended for unlawful use, abuse, security risks or substantial breaches of the Terms.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the law of the user’s country of residence and jurisdiction rules required by applicable law.
