The website
This website presents CHILENA and its features. It does not collect newsletter subscriptions or use advertising services. Only if you accept analytics, it loads Google Analytics 4 by Google to measure visits, pages viewed and interactions. Google may process cookie identifiers and technical browser and device data. You can reject without restricting browsing and change or withdraw your choice using Manage Cookies at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser for six months; Analytics cookies are configured with a six-month lifetime. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Fonts and images are served with the website. Account, favourites and notification features described here refer to the app.
Data we process
When you sign in with Apple or Google, we may process the account identifier, name and email address supplied by the provider. We store followed teams and players and profile preferences. If you enable notifications, we process the device token, notification preferences, app version, language and time zone. Technical settings, such as the option to display odds, are stored on your device. We may receive technical and diagnostic information, including system version, app events, errors and crashes. We do not request precise location, contacts, photos, microphone access or health data.
Guest mode
You can use the features available to guests without creating an account. Guest preferences remain mainly on the device and are not associated with a personal CHILENA profile.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to manage accounts, synchronise favourites and preferences, provide scores and statistics, handle requested notifications, maintain security and stability and respond to support requests. Applicable legal bases include providing the requested service, consent for optional features such as notifications, legitimate interests in security and technical improvements, and legal obligations.
Third-party services
CHILENA uses Google Firebase for authentication, database, push notifications, diagnostics and technical measurement; Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for login; BSD Football API for sports data; and GNews for news content and links. Requests to these services may transmit necessary technical data, including IP addresses. Providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. CHILENA does not sell personal data.
Notifications
Notifications require iOS permission. You can manage available notification preferences in the app and withdraw permission in iOS Settings.
Sports odds
Displaying betting odds is optional and the preference is saved on your device. Odds are provided for information only. CHILENA does not accept bets or deposits.
Retention and security
Account data is retained while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. Deleting an account removes its profile and associated data from active systems, except data temporarily retained for legal obligations, security, abuse prevention or technical backups subject to periodic deletion. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; absolute security of systems and transmissions cannot be guaranteed.
Your rights and account deletion
Where applicable by law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can delete your account from Profile, removing the profile, followed teams and players, notification preferences and associated devices. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority. Changes
This notice may change as app features, providers or legal obligations change. The update date appears above. Significant changes will be communicated in the app when necessary.
